My stay at Cwtsh Hostel was exceptional! The hostel's brand new facilities were impressive, with a well-stocked kitchen and welcoming interiors. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the comfortable furniture made for a cozy stay. The location is also very convenient, being centrally located in Swansea and well-connected to transportation. However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even greeting me with a warm smile despite my late arrival. They provided valuable tips on nearby places to visit and restaurants to try. Highly recommended, make sure to have a chat with the staff!

The only minor cons were the tricky ladder to the top bunks and the occasional noise from outside, but these were manageable inconveniences. For the value I paid, Cwtsh was a steal with its unique interior design and affordable prices. The beds were comfortable and having multiple bathrooms in the room was a huge convenience.
