My stay at Cwtsh Hostel was exceptional! The hostel's brand new facilities were impressive, with a well-stocked kitchen and welcoming interiors. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the comfortable furniture made for a cozy stay. The location is also very convenient, being centrally located in Swansea and well-connected to transportation. However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even greeting me with a warm smile despite my late arrival. They provided valuable tips on nearby places to visit and restaurants to try. Highly recommended, make sure to have a chat with the staff!

This hotel offers great value for money - prices are reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the adjustable dimming bedspace lighting. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center and very close to the train station. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained, although better ventilation in the rooms would be appreciated.

I recently stayed at a centrally located hostel in Swansea and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the view from the pantry was absolutely stunning. The hostel was conveniently situated near grocery stores, cafes, and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The suggestions for hiking trails were greatly appreciated, as I love exploring nature. The room and bed were comfortable, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. The social atmosphere was welcoming, especially for a solo traveler like myself. I was so impressed that I extended my stay from 2 days to 10 days. The only minor cons were the tricky ladder to the top bunks and the occasional noise from outside, but these were manageable inconveniences. I highly recommend this hostel for its perfect location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

For the value I paid, Cwtsh was a steal with its unique interior design and affordable prices. The beds were comfortable and having multiple bathrooms in the room was a huge convenience. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen and 24-hour reception were definite pluses.
As for the breakfast option, it would have been great if there were more complimentary items available to make the morning meal even better.

The hostel was in a perfect spot for exploring the city. It was easy to find from the nearest station and had a great view of the castle. The staff was friendly, and they left a useful list of things to do in the area. Another thing I appreciated was the fact that the dorm had two bathrooms, so there was no need to wait around for a shower.
My stay at this hostel was not the best. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy and had a really unpleasant odor.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a hostel located just a few steps away from the train station and with a great view of the city's main square. the staff was super friendly and helpful, they provided us with a folder filled with recommendations for activities and sights to see in the area.
Our room was not up to par with our expectations. It was incredibly hot and stuffy with no ventilation, and the noise from the street and nearby restaurant was unbearable.

I had an amazing stay at Cwtsh Hostel in Swansea. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The view from the pantry was absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery. The hostel was also conveniently located near grocery stores, cafes, and just a short walk to the beach. The suggestions for hiking and places to see were a great addition, giving me plenty of options to explore. The room and bed were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep throughout my stay. I stayed in both the female and mixed dorms, and Emma, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and even checked on me when she heard loud noises. The fellow travelers I met during my stay were friendly and easy to talk to, which was a bonus since I was traveling alone. my experience at Cwtsh Hostel was so enjoyable that I extended my stay from 2 days to 10 days. I honestly didn't want to leave!
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay at Cwtsh Hostel. The lights on the beds were too bright, making it difficult to sleep at night.
